Airios is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Veldhoven, The Netherlands.

Airios B.V. develops and produces electronics and control systems for the residential OEM industry.

Airios is a frontrunner in technology and is continually developing new solutions to achieve the most comfortable and healthy indoor climate for homes. These can be individual components, complete ventilation systems, heating systems or a combination. The mission of Airios is to create a comfortable and healthier world with cleverly designed electronics for use in residential HVAC applications.


Purpose of the function

As Account Manager your responsibility is to manage and create relationships with existing and new customers.

You understand the business process of our customers and build strong relationships with all disciplines and function levels. You are able to translate the customer's situation into appropriate product solutions. You constantly keep your eye on new market developments and needs to support the organization to respond in time to new market trends.


For this position we are looking for a relationship builder with a technical background. You have a strong personality, perseverance and a true can-do mindset. You build bridges between the organization and the customer and make sure all parties are kept up to date and informed.

The person we are looking for is/has:

  • Persuasive – determined - result-oriented - flexible and a team player;

  • Completed education at higher vocational (HBO) or university level, preferably  in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering;     

  • A minimum of five-years of experience in a comparable working environment & role;

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in other European languages;

  • Demonstrable experience with electronics and an environment where software is developed;

  • It is a pre if you have experience with the HVAC industry.
