Electronics Manufacturing  Production Manager

Airios is looking for a production manager to lead our electronics manufacturing facility in Veldhoven, The Netherlands.

At Airios we love to create a healthier world with state-of-the-art climate controls for homes and buildings. Airios develops and produces control systems for residential ventilation and heating. We are a market leader in control systems for the residential original equipment manufacturer (OEM) industry.

Our products are embedded electronics circuit boards that either are delivered as a semi-final PCBA or complete box-build and packaged product. Part of our production takes place in our own production facility, where we focus on low to mid-volume production. We work with one production shift.

The Airios organizational structure is informal, flexible, and we enjoy a collegial environment.

  • Report key performance indicators to management.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams on product introductions and process improvements.

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Personal Qualities

  • Strong communicator who connects and motivates others.

  • Working independently and thinking autonomously, while being able to confidently challenge colleagues and management within the organization.

  • Proactive, well-organized, and accountable.

  • Analytical thinker who translates data into actionable improvements.

  • Calm and decisive under pressure, with a clear overview in dynamic situations.

  • Naturally driven to improve processes, people, and performance.

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics.
